Stones are judged in person - on the wheel, under natural light, and through independent lab verification when required.

We acquire rare Ceylon material with clear provenance and work with experienced lapidaries. Our clients are high-end collectors and trade buyers who rely on us for discretion, accurate media, and stones that perform as shown.

Gem trading runs on trust. We do not rush transactions online; we build relationships, arrange viewings, and agree terms once everyone has seen the material.

Every purchase begins with an inquiry. We confirm availability, answer questions, and arrange a viewing where possible.

Private viewings can be arranged in Sydney, AU · Prague, CZ · Colombo, LK, and by appointment elsewhere when logistics allow. For international buyers, we coordinate secure carriage or hand-delivery through specialist gem logistics partners so stones can be inspected before commitment.

Video and studio capture on this site are produced to show colour and life honestly - but nothing replaces seeing a fine stone in your own light.

List prices are not shown publicly. Fine material carries risk at every stage - sourcing, cutting, certification, and bringing stones to market in Europe or Australia often costs more than the rough alone.

Final pricing is discussed transparently in person after viewing. An inquiry does not reserve a stone or constitute an offer.

Sourcing clients receive a written quote - field buy price, sourcing fee, and pass-through costs - before any purchase is made.

Capture sessions, catalog builds, and custom in-house tools are quoted per brief. We do not publish fixed tariffs on the site.

A typical quote covers scope (stone count, deliverables, catalog depth), project phases you approve separately, and any pass-through costs such as hosting or certification noted upfront.

For mid-value shipments we use fully insured courier services (FedEx, DHL, or equivalent) with signature on delivery. You must be available to receive and sign for the package.

Dispatch typically follows payment clearance and export documentation. Tracking is provided once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Higher-value stones travel through specialist gem and jewellery logistics - the same class of secure, door-to-door service used by international trade houses (e.g. Malca-Amit-style partners): bonded transit where applicable, full liability cover to declared value, and end-to-end tracking.

Express options are quoted per stone and destination. I will recommend the appropriate service based on value, urgency, and customs requirements.

We ship worldwide where law and licensing allow. Export paperwork is prepared for Sri Lanka-origin material; import requirements vary by country.

Buyers are responsible for understanding local import rules for loose gemstones. We assist with standard commercial invoices, certificates, and customs documentation supplied with the shipment.

Import VAT, customs duty, and brokerage fees depend on your country, the stone's material, and its declared value. These charges are generally not included in a quote unless explicitly stated.

In most jurisdictions, loose gemstones are assessed on CIF value (cost, insurance, freight) using the appropriate HS tariff code. You are responsible for any taxes due on arrival.

NGJA export licence - application in progress. All exports of Sri Lanka-origin gems must comply with National Gem and Jewellery Authority (NGJA) requirements. Once our licence is granted, exports will be cleared through the proper licensed channels.

Until then, export is handled through established licensed partners in Sri Lanka. We do not circumvent export law.

Every shipment is insured to the agreed declared value for transit. Specialist secure services include integrated liability cover from collection through delivery.

If you need additional coverage or a specific declared value for customs, discuss this before shipment is booked.

After terms are agreed and payment clears, allow typically 1-3 business days to prepare documentation and book carriage. Sri Lanka export clearance may add time depending on the authority's schedule and the stone's certification status.
